Sunshine in your Pocket . Quilt top finished!
"Sunshine in your Pocket" has been such a long project! It must be over 18 months since I started the first block and began my collection of 1930's prints.
Not a great pic, really windy outside, so a couple of closer ones too. The stitcheries are from the book "Sunshine in your Pocket" by Bronwyn Hayes of Red Brolly.
Another one for my pile to be quilted..
While I have been working on the quilt, Matt and the kids have been busy outside clearing our old chook shed and avairy to make room for another water tank and a new chicken run. I can't believe how much work they have done!

It's absolutely beautiful Rachel - such wonderful colours. Makes me excited about the 1930s quilt my mum is making for No.1. The stitcheries really complement the prints, don't they? x
love the prints - and your stitching is beautiful
That is really lovely. The patchwork sets off the stitcheries beautifully.
